Every change, from BOM approval to tech pack handover, is recorded with who made it and when. Your data is kept separate from other customers and hosted in Türkiye. AI assistants work only with your data, and your data is not used to train models. A data processing agreement under KVKK comes ready as an annex to your contract.

Cloud platform
Pimland is cloud based. Your team, suppliers and contract manufacturers work on the same platform, so files do not travel through email and WhatsApp.
Role-based access control (RBAC)
Each user sees and changes only what their role allows. Design, purchasing, e-commerce and suppliers look at the same data with different permissions.
Single sign-on (SSO)
Users sign in with single sign-on. This reduces the number of separate passwords and lets access be managed together with the company account.
API token management
Connections to your ERP, e-commerce channels and other systems run on managed API tokens rather than personal passwords, and each connection is managed on its own.
Full audit trail
Who changed what and when is recorded. PLM keeps a BOM snapshot at every approval stage with version comparison; PIM content moves through Draft → Review → Approve → Publish.
Per-customer isolation and data region
Each customer’s data is isolated from the others. Enterprise plans offer a dedicated data region (TR/EU) and SLA guarantees.
